As a Tier 1 Support Specialist at PerfectServe, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to healthcare professionals, enhancing clinical communications and scheduling efficiency.

  • Customer service experience.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Able to start in February 2026.
