Requirements

• Ability to learn the Lightning Bolt product quickly.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic.
• 1+ years experience in a software implementation role.
• Bonus: experience with SQL or relational databases.
