Overview

The Product Manager (PM) at PerfectServe is responsible for the overall product strategy and vision for a single product vertical, focusing on optimizing provider schedules and enhancing clinical workflows to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience on SaaS and mobile platforms.
• Experience in process improvement and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong data orientation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate and foster teamwork.
• Proficient in project management.
• Effective technical writing skills.
