Product Manager - CCaaS and Business Communication - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Vonage, you will enhance the administration and reseller aspects of our CCaaS and Business Communication product, empowering internal teams and resellers through intuitive self-service and marketplace capabilities.

In Short

• Lead the development of marketplace and self-service capabilities.
• Enhance internal provisioning and account management functionalities.
• Define permissions and authorization models for users.
• Empower reseller community to market and support the product.
• Collaborate with partners to gather insights for product enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the product competitive.
• Define strategic direction for administration and reseller experiences.
• Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategies.
• Support creation of product collateral and training materials.
• Represent the product at industry events to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Familiarity with marketplace and self-service product paradigms.
• Experience with permissions and internal provisioning systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Domain expertise in CCaaS or UCaaS is a benefit.
• Experience working on administration or reseller capabilities is a plus.
