Overview

Barkbus is seeking an organized and proactive Tier 1 Van Support Specialist to maintain the operational efficiency of our mobile grooming fleet by ensuring data accuracy in Fleetio and providing first-level technical support for van-related issues.

In Short

  • Maintain Fleetio data hygiene and accurate vehicle records.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for van-related issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for pet stylists with van issues.
  • Organize tows to designated shops as per SOPs.
  • Document common issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Operations for complex issues.
  • Assist in improving support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be a people and dog lover.
  • Experience in technical support or fleet operations.
  • Familiarity with Fleetio or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
