In Short

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive performance across advertising platforms.
• Deliver cross-channel marketing analytics and reporting.
• Conduct testing and experiments to improve marketing investments.
• Develop attribution models for resource allocation.
• Optimize campaigns using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Design and run A/B tests for advertising campaigns.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Develop SQL queries for data analysis.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for data quality.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a marketing analytics role.
• Experience with paid media strategy and data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and experimental design.
• Experience with Google and Meta ad platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
