Overview

As a Senior Associate in Marketing Analytics & Insights, you will play a crucial role in supporting advertising initiatives and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project goals.
• Identify measurement and reporting gaps.
• Develop KPI tracking and data mapping specifications.
• Guide data collection and transformation for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct QA and post-launch validation of tracking.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and reporting issues.
• Develop performance dashboards and visualizations.
• Run ad hoc reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or similar discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing analytics.
• Experience with various digital advertising channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of campaign KPIs and attribution methodologies.
• Experience with tracking implementation and reporting.
• Fluency in discussing key marketing KPIs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with web analytics packages and marketing platforms.
