Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with cross-functional software development teams.
• Experience shipping production-grade software components.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading small, fast-moving engineering teams.
• Ability to align team priorities with organizational goals.
• Experience in hiring and developing engineering talent.
• Strong understanding of product development and large codebases.
