The Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the design and implementation of equitable and competitive programs to align with Per Scholas’ mission and strategic goals. This role will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and manage the organization’s wellness initiatives, compensation management, analysis, administration, rewards, and benefits strategy and administration.
