Overview

The Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the design and implementation of equitable and competitive programs to align with Per Scholas’ mission and strategic goals. This role will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and manage the organization’s wellness initiatives, compensation management, analysis, administration, rewards, and benefits strategy and administration.

In Short

  • Manage and perform compensation analysis and job evaluation.
  • Design wellness initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and benefits laws.
  • Manage relationships with external providers.
  • Work closely with DEIB teams.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and laws.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and wellness programs.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement wellness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
