The Senior Director, Sales for the AI Platform will lead customer acquisition and ensure lasting success for clients, embedding within customer environments to maximize platform value.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles with sales responsibility.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals with C-level executives.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or knowledge-driven enterprises.
  • Success in launching sales infrastructure in startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of buying cycles and relationship building.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and iterate rapidly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Knowledge of AI or collective intelligence systems is a plus.
