You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our hiring processes smooth while our clients scale—whether they're a 5-person pre-seed team hiring their first employees or a 500-person+ company preparing for IPO. In Short

• Schedule interviews across different time zones and coordinate video calls.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse).
• Review incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist recruiters with research and sourcing candidates on LinkedIn.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
• Suggest ways to improve coordination processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting or similar environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for video calls.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones.
