Overview

The leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team and play a key role in building relationships with potential customers.

In Short

  • Research and identify potential clients through industry trends, company profiles, and decision-maker backgrounds.
  • Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to connect with potential customers.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Develop thoughtful, relevant outreach strategies for target accounts.
  • Manage prospect conversations and optimize outreach using CRM and sales tools.
  • Achieve and exceed outreach and lead generation goals.
  • Create and document scalable processes for lead qualification and AE handoffs.
  • Build the foundation for our sales development function and help shape best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a SDR or BDR role doing outbound outreach.
  • A proactive and thoughtful approach to outreach.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills.
  • A professional yet warm and engaging presence.
  • Experience in sales development, particularly in small to mid-sized business outreach.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Experience reaching out to VPs of Sales and Marketing is a plus.
  • Process-oriented thinking with the ability to create and implement new systems.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
