Requirements

• Master’s degree in law and legal counsel status.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate and securities law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and securities laws.
• Legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
