Corporate & Securities Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Alight is seeking a high-performing Corporate & Securities Paralegal to support its corporate legal function in a collaborative and energetic environment.

In Short

• Facilitate public company filings and related matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reporting and data management.
• Serve as liaison with transfer agents and external brokers.
• Manage KYC requests and statutory filings.
• Support legal entity and corporate secretarial matters.
• Manage communications with regulatory agencies.
• Provide transactional support for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Use project management tools to track tasks and communicate progress.
• Work with legal and compliance colleagues on various projects.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a corporate & securities paralegal.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace.
• Able to work independently and show initiative.
• Proficiency with CSC entity management, Diligent, and Workiva tools preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors’ Degree; Paralegal Certificate a plus.
