Overview

The Technical Success Engineer at People.ai is responsible for managing and resolving customer support cases, ensuring high-quality technical support and communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Manage and resolve customer support cases independently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with case management systems like Jira or Zendesk.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach across multiple teams.
