• Lead the design and evolution of the Infrastructure platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Infrastructure/Platform/SRE engineering.
• At least 3 years in leadership or management.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation best practices.
