Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on the PeopleGraph team, you will lead the development and optimization of our people data intelligence platform that gathers, cleanses, and analyzes information from diverse sources.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable microservices.
Architect and implement LLM-based intelligence features.
Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate business requirements.
Work autonomously to identify technical gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
Mentor mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Drive technical decision-making focused on maintainability and performance.
Continuously refine data cleaning and ranking algorithms.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
Experience with real-time data processing systems like Kafka.
Experience with big data processing using Spark or similar technologies.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Ability to work independently and set technical direction.
Strong communications skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
