Overview

As a Vascular Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales of vascular products and customer satisfaction within assigned territory. You’ll work with the Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Manager on a daily basis to ensure superior customer service and product use, and strive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plan.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Secure and renew existing orders while coordinating product availability.
  • Commit to travel as necessary for position and product line support.
  • Keep current on new products and provide feedback to corporate.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales expenses and customer files.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Understand security, privacy, and compliance principles.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Attend industry trade shows and follow up on leads.
  • Work in a general office, laboratory, and cleanroom environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of medical sales experience.
  • 3+ years in medical device sales preferred.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a demanding and competitive environment.
