Overview

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part in growing Penumbra's products in Australia and New Zealand by providing administrative support to the marketing department in Australia.

In Short

  • Assist in ordering, distribution and organization of demo materials.
  • Assist marketing team with production and upkeep of marketing literature.
  • Assist in planning and arranging meetings and events.
  • Manage distribution of E-marketing literature and sales tools.
  • Assist with daily marketing operations.
  • Collate and maintain monthly competitive trackers.
  • Assist with healthcare compliance submission.
  • Maintain company ANZ price list.
  • Assist ANZ executive T&E coverage.

Requirements

  • A High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects.
