Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Experience in a Cyber Security company.
• Experience managing Renewals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, flexible, and proactive.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• 4-year degree is an advantage.
