In Short

  • Proven experience in the accounting or finance industries.
  • Strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Timely and accurate processing of incoming payments.
  • Manage aged debt and implement strategies for overdue payments.
  • Regular contact with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • End-to-end account receivable activities.
  • Investigate disputes and process credit notes.
  • Assess delinquent customer accounts.
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve outcomes.
