Penrod is seeking a seasoned and self-driven Account Executive to join our specialized Healthcare team, focused on selling innovative healthcare solutions and professional services directly to large hospital systems.

In Short

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within major hospital systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint within existing clients.
  • Manage relationships across stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers.

  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline with precision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of success selling professional services or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of account management in healthcare organizations.
  • Active network of relationships within hospitals and health systems.
  • Self-starter mentality with high autonomy.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape.
  • Reside in Northeast or Midwest territory.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform is beneficial.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
