• Own the technical solution strategy and define architectural vision.

• Manage technical risks and blockers, providing impact analyses.
• Maintain the technology roadmap and recommend new tools.
• Provide final approval on all technical designs and architecture trade-offs.
• Act as the guardian of the project’s technical quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
