Overview

As a Customer Service Representative Administrator at Motorola Solutions, you will play a key role in our recovery operations, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate efficient recoveries.

In Short

  • Work in a fast-paced recovery environment.
  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure agents are assigned to accounts.
  • Update accounts with new client information.
  • Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors.
  • Process all tasks via a centralized Dashboard.
  • Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
  • Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral.
  • Strong phone skills required.
  • Detail-oriented and customer service focused.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience.
  • Experience in collateral repossession is preferred.
  • Collections/Credit experience beneficial.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of experience using G-Suite and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • No travel required.
  • No relocation provided.
