Overview

The Regional Sales Specialist at Motorola Solutions is responsible for managing relationships with assigned Channel Partners, focusing on access control solutions to enhance public safety and security.

In Short

  • Act as primary contact for access control selling initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners.
  • Educate partners on Motorola's access control solutions.
  • Assist in training and support for the VS&A CAM team.
  • Support sales activities and track account activity.
  • Engage in market development and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams.
  • Travel within the territory for at least 75% of the time.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security solutions sales.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Established client base in the territory is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
