Recruiter / Operations Specialist (SaaS / Talent Ops) - Remote

Overview

The Recruiter / Operations Specialist will ensure all recruiting operations run seamlessly for a high-growth U.S.-based technology company in the SaaS and data intelligence space.

In Short

• Fully remote position with required overlap in EST hours.
• Independent Contractor, Full-time role.
• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Manage all recruiting communication channels for timely responses.
• Draft and send high-quality messages to candidates.
• Run outbound recruiting campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for recruiting operations.
• Support management of outsourced recruiting agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal dashboards.
• Work closely with founders to ensure recruiting efforts are executed effectively.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in recruiting or operations management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate next steps.
• Familiarity with tools like Gem for recruiting campaigns.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SaaS and data intelligence is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends when needed.
