Talent Recruiter Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Talent Recruiter Specialist with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical and engineering profiles.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to assess needs and define candidate profiles.
• Utilize diverse recruiting tools and methods to attract candidates.
• Conduct regular assessments of recruiting activities to align strategies with business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of local labor market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Masters degree or PhD with relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and sales professionals preferred.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
