The Portuguese-Spanish-English Virtual Assistant will support a U.S.-based fitness brand by managing customer communications and sales processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in CRM tools, especially GoHighLevel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with social media management.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with fitness or wellness industries is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new tools.
