As a Growth Specialist, you’ll lead the company’s digital growth strategy across crypto-native channels, SEO, and community platforms. This role combines hands-on execution with data-driven marketing — boosting visibility, driving organic reach, and turning awareness into measurable user growth.

• Fully Remote position with overlap with US (ET) hours.
• Full-time independent contractor role.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
• Manage Reddit and forum accounts for community engagement.
• Work with the content team for SEO and content distribution.
• Create engaging stories for the company’s role in the crypto space.
• Set up tracking links to measure traffic and engagement.
• Report weekly on reach, traffic, and conversions.
• Focus on achieving month-over-month traffic growth.
• Drive measurable clicks and conversions from community posts.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to manage online communities effectively.
• Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
• Experience in the crypto or blockchain space is a plus.
