• Build scalable programs to meet revenue targets.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product leadership.
• Design automated onboarding, nurture, and retention programs.
• Own the growth tech stack and ensure full-funnel visibility.
• Monitor performance and distill learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Drive SEO and website strategy to attract high-intent audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to execute growth strategies effectively.

Requirements

• 2-7 years in growth, ops, or GTM-focused role.
• Deep expertise in one or more growth disciplines.
• Experience with GTM AI stack, including Hubspot and Apollo.
• Systems thinker who can design scalable campaigns.
• Analytical and creative, using data to guide experiments.
• Collaborative and resourceful with a bias toward speed.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, AI infrastructure tools, or startups.
