The Executive Assistant will enhance the efficiency of sales executives in the roofing industry by managing low-touch sales pipeline tasks, allowing the team to focus on high-impact activities.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with Central Time working hours.
  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Support sales executives in managing their schedules and administrative tasks.
  • Handle inbox management for timely responses and organization.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline using Pipedrive.
  • Assist with project creation and roof measurements using CompanyCam and Daft Logic.
  • Upload data for accurate record-keeping in Acculinks.
  • Gather and compile weekly sales metrics for reporting.
  • Work with a company that prioritizes long-term success and community-driven benefits.
  • Contribute to the growth of the client base and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support or sales assistance.
  • Proficient in using sales tools like Pipedrive.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting.
  • Experience with CompanyCam and Acculinks is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
