Overview

This role is for a proactive Executive Assistant who will also provide customer service support during peak billing periods at a clean energy startup.

In Short

  • Work fully remote with U.S. time zone overlap.
  • Independent contractor position, full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Manage executive schedules and communications.
  • Provide customer service support during high-demand periods.
  • Maintain order across schedules, documents, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver excellent tenant support with clear communication.
  • Handle inbox triage and draft responses on behalf of leadership.
  • Manage inbound tenant inquiries via Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot tenant concerns and document interactions.
  • Support document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt between administrative and customer service roles.
  • Experience in managing executive calendars and schedules.
