The Bilingual Sales Associate supports sales representatives and manages customer relationships while driving outbound lead generation and recurring revenue growth.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).
• Support sales representatives and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct 50–100 outbound calls per day.
• Provide administrative and sales support.

• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Track daily activity and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
