Overview

The Sales Engineer at Endless Commerce serves as the bridge between product and sales, translating technical capabilities to brand operators and conducting product demonstrations.

In Short

  • Lead technical product demonstrations tailored to prospects' needs.
  • Answer technical questions regarding integrations and data handling.
  • Understand prospects' tech stacks and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with the product team to convey prospect needs.
  • Create technical sales collateral such as integration guides.
  • Support the sales team with technical scoping for custom deals.
  • Join customer calls post-sale for smooth handoff to the implementation team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in sales engineering or similar technical sales role.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of ecommerce operations and inventory management.
  • Comfort with APIs and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills with both engineers and operators.
  • Consultative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales cycles.
