Overview

The Customer Service Representative will deliver quality service by addressing inquiries from clients and agents regarding personal lines insurance policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Answer inbound calls or chats from clients and agents.
  • Handle policy questions, endorsement changes, and cancellation requests.
  • Manage call metrics such as call quality and handle time.
  • Develop successful customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer calls until resolution.
  • Utilize automated systems for endorsements and documentation.
  • Assist agents with policy-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations.
  • Active 4-40 licenses preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Proficient in using automated systems.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
