Overview

The Bilingual Call Center Underwriter will develop and maintain relationships with insureds and agents, providing exceptional concierge service for commercial policy coverage inquiries.

In Short

  • Handle incoming calls regarding commercial policy coverage.
  • Quote new business and policy coverage.
  • Prepare policy change requests and review expirations.
  • Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients.
  • Take and report claim information.
  • Work effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Requires active 2-20 General Lines Agent license.
  • Offers flexible work environment with remote opportunities.
  • Provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in Personal or Commercial Lines.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and technical skills required.
  • Ability to work 8am – 5pm ET, M-F.
  • Must be licensed to operate in all 50 states.
