Overview

This position involves leading and documenting business requirements for insurance processing applications while managing multiple technology-related projects in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• 5-7 years of data analysis or project management experience in insurance.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client concerns and escalations effectively.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
