Service Representative - Property & Casualty - Remote

Overview

This fully remote position involves assisting customers with their insurance needs, specifically in the area of Property and Casualty. You will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing support to help retain customers.

In Short

• Work remotely with flexible hours between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm CST.
• Assist customers with insurance policy questions.
• Drive growth and retention through consultative service.
• Maintain compliance with company and state regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to obtain Insurance Producers License within 12 months.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a private, organized workspace.
