Overview

Peak Support is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines.

In Short

• Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement HR programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance matters.
• Assist in developing effective HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights.
• Lead employee relations activities and conflict resolution.
• Manage end-to-end disciplinary cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience, preferably in BPO.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and integrity.
• Willingness to work on critical days and shifts.
