This position requires a strategic thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In Short

• Manage the entire employee life-cycle-process for our growing and worldwide-distributed team
• Ensure compliance with German, French and Dutch employment laws and regulations
• Participate in probationary period reviews and annual review meetings
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy
• Address demands and grievances with diplomacy
• Provide leadership advice to middle management
• Analyse and report HR metrics

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Hands-on experience with HR practices
• Strong understanding of German or French labor law
• Fluent in English and at least two relevant languages
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and confidentiality are crucial
