The HR Generalist will drive an efficient, seamless, and human employee experience by optimizing core people processes, programs, and technologies.

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned departments.
• Translate business challenges into people strategies.
• Manage the People Ops inbox and resolve issues promptly.
• Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits.
• Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws.
• Owner of people operations contracts and policies.
• Leverage data to provide insights into key metrics.
• Responsible for preparing and processing employee payrolls.
• Must have PEO and multi-state experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

• Must have multi-state and Tech experience.
• Ability to balance empathy with business pragmatism.
• Comfort with HR tech platforms.
• Proven experience using data to influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

• Ability to problem-solve with analytical thinking.
