We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who embodies empathy, ambition, and strong team spirit to join our Marketing department.

In Short

• Maintain and evolve Autura's brand book and visual identity guidelines.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials and presentations.
• Design user interface elements and optimize visual assets.
• Edit customer testimonial videos and create motion graphics.
• Develop compliance-friendly designs for public safety agencies.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design requirements.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work in technology or government sectors.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of typography and layout principles.
• Basic video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience designing for multiple audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
