In Short

  • Lead the enterprise partnerships team focused on B2B, government, and community partnerships.
  • Design and execute a national ITAD and business development strategy.
  • Forecast revenue and set performance targets.
  • Align sales goals with organizational priorities.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate and government partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse sales team.
  • Represent PCs for People at industry events.
  • Drive national growth in ITAD services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for digital inclusion.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 30%.
