Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at Payrails, you will engage with enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation and expand the customer base.

In Short

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Leverage industry contacts to generate leads.
  • Build relationships with prospects to identify their problems.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the founding team to iterate sales processes.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Identify methods to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and provide feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products.
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to C-level executives.
  • Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel for client support and partnerships.
