• Spearheading the development and launch of a new direct acquiring solution within merchant services.
• Identifying and integrating new payment methods (APM).
• Optimising existing payment flows.
• Ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience.
• Collaborating with a dedicated Business Analyst and another Product Owner.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
• Encouraging input for process improvements and new tools.
• Managing the product backlog and stakeholder expectations.
• Conducting market and user research.
• Utilising data analytics to improve product performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in FinTech, PayTech, or related sectors.
• Experience with fintech products in a payments processing environment.
• Knowledge of payment gateways and industry regulations.
• Expertise in traditional and emerging payment methods.
• Ability to define product strategy and build roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web and mobile application development.
• Expertise in UX/UI design.
• Ability to gather and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Experience in improving product commercial performance.
