Overview

The Product Design Director will lead a team of product designers to create innovative solutions for restaurant services, focusing on customer-centric design and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 12+ years of design experience, 7+ in management.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
• Experience in the 0-to-1 design space.
• Ability to articulate design strategy to partners.
• Experience managing executive leadership.
• Skilled in building high-performing teams.
• Strong mentorship and culture-building skills.
