Overview

As the Director, Product Design, you will lead and scale ZIP’s Product Design team, driving end-to-end user experiences across ZIP’s consumer-facing products and services, spanning mobile, web, in-store, and customer support interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing digital experiences.
• Strong track record of driving business outcomes through design.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Experience as a Design Lead for a Mobile APP with a 1M+ user base.
• Expertise in UX/UI design and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical skills for design decision-making.
• Customer-obsessed mindset.
