Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance within financial institutions.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• In-house experience with Electronic Money Institutions.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and risk management.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and compliance audits.
• Ability to manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian.
• Experience leading teams of 8+ members.
• Certification in compliance is a plus.
