Overview

Pavago is hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive event bookings and partnerships for our client, Aya House—a premier space for retreats, wellness events, and creative activations. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals with professionals, organizations, and changemakers.

In Short

• Execute daily outbound campaigns to connect with prospects.
• Set up qualified appointments and space tours.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders and organizations.
• Promote Aya House as a premium destination for events.
• Respond to rental inquiries and guide clients through the booking process.
• Create tailored rental proposals and close bookings efficiently.
• Upsell additional services to increase repeat bookings.
• Maintain CRM and ensure data integrity.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the process.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.
• Experience with CRM platforms and social media.
• Reliable internet and phone access required.
