Overview

We’re hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.

In Short

• Full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Create and optimize job descriptions
• Source candidates using various platforms
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple open roles
• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus
• Familiarity with employment law is beneficial
